The Embassy of Sweden has signed a five-year agreement with the African Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF) to support a Challenge Fund (CF) titled REACT (Renewable Energy and Adaptation to Climate Technologies). The goal of REACT is to incentivize the private sector to invest in renewable energy businesses and services provision in underserved countries and areas, and to reduce the risks associated with the same.

C&E Advisory is assisting the Embassy of Sweden in Kenya in the monitoring of the implementation of AECF REACT as well providing strategic, technical and operational guidance to enable the Embassy to have a qualitative dialogue with the AECF.
